“ Have fruits and vegetables if you want to lead a fruitful life”
To educate the children about the importance and consumption of fruits and vegetables in regular diet, We celebrated Fruit and Vegetable Day for Nursery, L.K.G and U.K.G. The child brought a vegetable and fruits of his/her choice. The vegetable and fruit day began with a recited rhymes. Teachers explained them about the uses and importance of vegetables and fruits. The teachers prepared tasty delicious veg salad and it to every child. To learn better we took all the children to super market to learn different fruits and vegetables names and their colours. Our teachers showed all the vegetables and fruits names and their colours. Children were excited going out and learnt the names and colours of fruits and vegetables.
